In a thrilling day of horse racing at the Jumbo Jet Race of Champions, Stolen Money emerged victorious, stunning spectators as it claimed the Banks DIH “Champion of Champions Cup” and a prize of 2 million dollars.
The event, held at the Rising Sun Turf Club on the West Coast of Berbice, kept fans on the edge of their seats as Stolen Money surged ahead in the final moments to secure the win.
Despite initial setbacks, including trailing in third place and facing tough competition from John Bull and Spankurst, Stolen Money’s powerful sprint in the last 150 meters sealed its triumph.

Rescue (formerly Tizway) narrowly won the K Class & Lower category, while “Sex Appeal” claimed victory in the I Class, J Class & West Indian-bred 3-year-old Maiden race.
Princess Samiah, ridden by Colin Ross, dominated in the L Class & J3 first-time starters, and Creemore, ridden by Ronaldo Appadu, emerged victorious in the E & F Class & Lower category.
Theory of Colours triumphed in the H Class, while Country Rock showcased its prowess in the 3-Year-Old Guyana Bred race.
Ronaldo Appadu, with victories in three races, earned the title of champion jockey for the day.
