Unicomer (Guyana) Inc. is set to bolster its presence in Guyana with the opening of new branches across the country, as announced by Unicomer Caribbean Managing Director Errol Le Blanc during a recent signing ceremony.

Unicomer (Guyana) Inc., with a history of over 30 years in the country’s retail sector, is planning to expand its footprint by opening four new branches by September.

The expansion includes two Courts Optical stores, one Lucky Dollar branch, and one Courts store.

Currently, Unicomer operates 11 Courts stores, 10 Courts Optical branches, and four Lucky Dollar branches nationwide, catering to the diverse needs of Guyanese consumers.

In addition to its flagship brands like Courts and Lucky Dollar, Unicomer has introduced other brands such as RadioShack, Ashley Home Store, and Servitech to meet the evolving demands of the local market.

The Unicomer Group, headquartered in El Salvador, operates in 26 countries and employs over 13,700 staff members.

It prides itself on offering a wide range of modern products and financial services to customers across its operational countries.

The retail brands under the Unicomer Group’s umbrella include Courts, Courts Optical, Ashley Furniture Home Store, RadioShack, Lucky Dollar, and Servitech.
