NATIONAL FAMILY COMMISSION ANNOUNCES NEW ‘EXPRESSIVE VISUAL ARTS’ COMPETITION.

Children between the ages of seven and 12 years old will have the opportunity to partake in a fun initiative called the ‘Expressive Visual Arts’ competition that will be rolled out just after school closes this month.

The competition is being undertaken by the National Family Commission in collaboration with the Ministry of Human Services and Social Security.

Participants are required to design an artistic representation of their family tree, up to three generations inclusive of the participant.

Children are urged to make use of different technologies available such as Zoom and other Social Media platforms to gather information and create their family tree.

Prizes of electronic devices will be awarded to the first, second, third, fourth and fifth place winners, before September 15.

More details on the rules of the competition can be found on the ministry’s social media accounts.
