INVITATION FOR BIDS
PROCUREMENT OF SECURITY SERVICES
- The National Communications Network Inc. hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for Security Services.
- Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the Procurement Act 2003 and is open to all eligible and qualified bidders.
- Bidders are required to submit a valid Business Registration/Certificate of Incorporation, NIS & GRA Compliance Certificates, VAT Registration Certificate, Valid License to operate a security firm in Guyana, etc.
- A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders at the receptionist’s desk at the National Communications Network Inc. – at Address 1 below, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Guyana Dollars (GYD$3,000) per copy.
- Documents can be uplifted from Monday to Thursday between 09:00hrs and 16:00hrs and on Friday between 09:00hrs to 15:00hrs. The method of payment will be cash or manager’s cheque payable in the name of the National Communications Network Inc.
- Interested bidders who live out of Region 4 are encouraged to bid. Branch Managers and Coordinators will facilitate the purchase of Bid Documents.
- All bidders must submit their bids on or before Thursday, May 27, 2021 no later than 09:00hrs to address 2 below. All late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder.
