JAGDEO TO CONTEST $20M LIBEL JUDGEMENT RULING GRANTED WITHOUT HIS KNOWLEDGE – AG

Vice-President Dr. Bharrat Jagdeo, through his legal team, is preparing to contest a recent judgement, in relation to a libel lawsuit filed against him by former APNU+AFC minister, Annette Ferguson.

Attorney General, Anil Nandlall, says the team is preparing an application to have the judgement set aside, explaining that the judgement was handed down without the knowledge of Jagdeo or his legal team.
