COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST ATTORNEY GENERAL IN NEW YORK DISMISSED.

The Guyana Police Force says a complaint filed by Political Activist, Rickford Burke against Attorney General, Anil Nandlall with the New York Police Department has been dismissed as frivolous and vexatious.

The Police Force has clarified that Nandlall was never wanted by any law enforcement agency in the U.S. in respect of that report as the offence complained about was “non- arrestable.”

The Force enquired about the matter at the request of the Attorney General.
