His Excellency Dr Irfaan Ali and First Lady Mrs Arya Ali today joined other Heads of Government and their spouses at the Welcome Reception hosted by Rwanda’s Head of State, His Excellency Paul Kagame.
The event is being held at the Kigali Convention Centre.
The President and First Lady are in Kigali, Rwanda, to attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) under the theme “Delivering a Common Future: Connecting, Innovating, Transforming”.
The official opening of the CHOGM will take place on Friday, June 24. This will be followed by high-level meetings of leaders on Friday and Saturday.
