The government’s efforts to bring joy to every child this Christmas were furthered as Minister of Agriculture, Zulfikar Mustapha, led a toy drive along the Corentyne Coast.
The drive reached children in Number 53 Village, as well as in New Forest and East Canje, Berbice.
Minister Mustapha expressed the fulfillment of giving back during the holiday season, emphasizing the importance of making Christmas festive for all children.
He also extended warm holiday greetings on behalf of President Irfaan Ali, the Government of Guyana, and the People’s Progressive Party Civic.
The Minister encouraged the children to make the most of the festive season while also reminding them to continue their studies as they work toward building a united Guyana.
