Cricket enthusiasts across Guyana can anticipate an exhilarating tournament in mid-April, featuring the top teams from Georgetown.
With an estimated 56 to 60 matches planned, the competition promises to showcase the talent and skill of players from various first division teams in the region.
Shaquille Williams, the Public Relations Officer of the GCA, expressed excitement about the tournament during its launch, highlighting the opportunity for players to engage in more first division cricket and urging all teams to participate and make the event a success.
CEO of Dave’s West Indian Imports, Dave Narine, emphasized the significance of the one-day format in promoting cricket in Guyana.
