TRAFFIC RANKS URGED AGAINST ARRESTING PERSONS FOR MINOR MATTERS.

Police Commander of Region Four ‘C’, Senior Superintendent, Khalil Pareshram is reminding traffic ranks to issue tickets where needed, instead of arresting persons for minor matters.
