LABOUR MINISTRY SEEKS LEGAL REMEDY FOR EMPLOYERS DEFYING COURT ORDERS

The Labour Ministry is seeking advice on implementing a remedy to address situations where employers fail to comply with legal obligations to pay workers.

Subject Minister, Joseph Hamilton, wants labour officials to be able to re-engage the judiciary to seek redress for those non-compliant employers.
