INVITATION FOR BIDS

SUPPLY OF GENERATOR AND AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH

1. The National Communications Network Inc. hereby invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Supply of one 60KVA Generator & one 3 Pole, 400Amps ATS.  
2. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the Procurement Act 2003 and is open to all eligible and qualified bidders.
3. Bidders are required to submit a valid Business Registration/Certificate of Incorporation, NIS & GRA Compliance Certificates.  
4. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders at the receptionist’s desk at the National Communications Network Inc. – at Address 1 below, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Three Thousand Guyana Dollars (GYD$3,000) per copy.
5.  Documents can be uplifted from Monday to Thursday between 09:00hrs and 16:00hrs and on Friday between 09:00hrs to 15:00hrs. The method of payment will be cash or manager’s cheque payable in the name of the National Communications Network Inc.
6. Interested bidders who live out of Region 4 are encouraged to bid. Branch Managers and Coordinators will facilitate the purchase of Bid Documents. 
7. All bidders must submit their bids on or before Tuesday, May 25, 2021 no later than 09:00hrs to address 2 below. All late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to the bidder.
