ELECTION PETITION CHALLENGING MARCH 02, 2020 RESULTS DISMISSED.

Acting Chief Justice Roxanne George today dismissed another election petition case filed by the APNU+AFC coalition, which sought to invalidate the March two, 2020 elections.

In her one-hour long judgment, the Chief Justice ruled that Order Sixty which activated the recount and other relevant laws that were used were both constitutional and legal.
