CHIEF JUSTICE RULES PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARIES’ APPOINTMENT UNLAWFUL.

Acting Chief Justice Roxanne George today ruled that the appointment of two PPP/C Parliamentary Secretaries was unlawful.

But the legal team representing the State claims that the ruling was misconceived in law, and has since announced plans to file an appeal.
