Then my driver said, let&#8217;s check the scene tomorrow,\u201d he explained. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>So why make the late-night journey, only to leave without checking the gate?&nbsp;And why did Mohamed&#8217;s account also involve observations about security arrangements outside Narine&#8217;s residence?&nbsp;Mohamed insists he never stopped near the officer&#8217;s home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His latest account comes after an earlier statement in which he claimed to have no knowledge of where Senior Superintendent Prem Narine lived.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The questions come amid an ongoing criminal case arising from an alleged shooting incident near Narine&#8217;s residence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mohamed and two associates have pleaded not guilty to firearm, ammunition and attempting to pervert the course of justice charges.
