class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GECOM IT Officer Aneal Giddings has maintained that the election server remained secure during the bomb scare at Ashmin\u2019s Building and was never accessed while locked inside his vehicle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">His evidence came during re-examination on Monday, as the election-related trial continued before Magistrate Faith McGusty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He said that after securing the server in his vehicle, he did not access it or permit anyone else to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also sought to clarify earlier evidence surrounding the Statements of Poll his team was assigned to tabulate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Special Prosecutor\u00a0Latchmie Rahamat\u00a0explains, \u201c<strong>He has maintained that he did not at any point in time alter or tamper with the server while it was in his car and he has further explained on the re-examination that when he told the court on the cross-examination that the SOPs, the CEO SOPs that he was assigned to tabulate did not\u00a0determine the results of the elections.<\/strong>\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The focus later shifted to forensic accountant Terrence Jaskaran, who stood by his analysis of the District Four results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jaskaran said his report was complete based on the certified Statements of Poll provided to him, despite five boxes being identified as blank or missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also rejected suggestions that personal views expressed on social media influenced his work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jaskaran\u2019s re-examination was halted after the defence objected to a question from the prosecution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The court will hear oral submissions on that objection Tuesday morning before&nbsp;determining whether Jaskaran will be allowed to answer.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-post-featured-image\"><img
