Chief Executive Officer Robbie Rambarran says the hospital already has\u00a0the necessary IT infrastructure in place,\u00a0with current efforts focused on software development, systems integration, and staff adaptation.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;So the IT infrastructure is there, and there&#8217;s a whole framework of implementation.\u00a0A governance committee, a steering committee, every different segment of the operation,\u00a0there is an advisory committee, so all that is in place.
