Stadium was abuzz with activity and entertainment over the weekend\u00a0as back-to-back concerts were held, bringing out Guyanese in their numbers\u00a0with Guyana&#8217;s 60th Independence anniversary just around the corner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Sunday, thousands packed the National Stadium for the one Guyana mega-concert\u00a0at the Guyana Fest 2026, celebrating the very best voices and talent from across the nation.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex \/><\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>It featured a star-studded line-up of local artists like Adrian Duchin, Calvin Burnett,\u00a0Samuel Medas, Diana Chapman, Nesta Nelson, Omai Hall, Nikita and Vanilla.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The concert, held just after Saturday&#8217;s show stopping, Night of Legends,\u00a0forms part of the plethora of activities planned in the lead-up to Guyana&#8217;s Independence Jubilee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Patrons danced and sang along to classic hits.
