{"id":24269,"date":"2024-11-20T14:59:38","date_gmt":"2024-11-20T14:59:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ncnguyana.com\/2023\/?p=24269"},"modified":"2024-11-20T14:59:38","modified_gmt":"2024-11-20T14:59:38","slug":"600-house-lots-distributed-to-berbicians-under-dream-realized-initiative","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ncnguyana.com\/2023\/600-house-lots-distributed-to-berbicians-under-dream-realized-initiative\/","title":{"rendered":"600 House Lots Distributed to Berbicians Under &#8220;Dream Realized&#8221; Initiative"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n\n<p><em>October 26, 2024<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than 600 residents from Region 5 (West Coast Berbice) have received house lots through the Ministry of Housing and Water\u2019s &#8220;Dream Realized&#8221; initiative, contributing to the government&#8217;s goal of distributing 50,000 house lots by 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These new allocations add to the 2,000 lots already distributed in the region and over 38,000 nationwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The house lots are located in Plantation Block \u2018A\u2019 Bath and Plantation \u2018B\u2019 Experiment, West Coast Berbice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The beneficiaries include many young people, which signals the government&#8217;s continued commitment to improving the livelihoods of its citizens through land ownership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Several of the new recipients expressed their excitement and gratitude at receiving their own land. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tricshana Charles, one of the beneficiaries, shared, \u201cI feel very good about it.
