Develdt Primary School is celebrating a historic achievement as two of its students secured spots at top national schools following the National Grade Six Assessment (NGSA). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eleven-year-old Jonelle Kertzious made history by becoming the first student from Develdt Primary to be accepted into Queen\u2019s College. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, Kyle Harris earned a place at St. Joseph\u2019s High School, marking a significant milestone for the institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jonelle Kertzious, who aspires to become a veterinary surgeon, achieved the seventh best performance in Region Ten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She expressed her amazement and excitement about beginning her new educational journey. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a telephone interview, Head Teacher Latricia Lepps-Harris expressed her delight upon receiving the news about the students\u2019 placements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She credited the school\u2019s supportive environment for helping reduce exam anxiety among the pupils.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kyle Harris, the son of the school\u2019s head teacher, also shared his joy, noting that his hard work had finally paid off. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

He mentioned that preparation through the Guyana Learning Channel significantly contributed to his success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 12 primary schools in sub-region ten, Develdt Primary’s accomplishment is a testament to the dedication of its staff and students. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
