Juan Edghill, Minister of Public Works, underscores the significance of the legislation in safeguarding these vital structures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He notes that the amended Bill will impose increased penalties for activities that compromise sea and river defences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Minister of Agriculture, Hon.
