towards gender equality by revealing that an impressive 66% of its management positions are held by women. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This commitment to diversity and inclusion was underscored as the company honored its female employees on this significant day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deputy Chief Executive Officer Michella Abraham-Ali emphasized the importance of men advocating for gender equality and recognizing the talent and abilities of women in leadership roles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She highlighted the need for male leaders to provide opportunities for women to excel and break down barriers in male-dominated value of women should be appreciated every day, not just on a particular occasion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She emphasized the strength and resilience of women in facing challenges and overcoming obstacles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oceana Hoppie, another Television Producer, shared her journey of self-confidence and empowerment, encouraging women to believe in themselves and their abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Senior Radio Announcer Nerissa Pearson emphasized the importance of women uplifting and supporting each other. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She reflected on her upbringing and the influence of strong women in her life, calling on women to stand firm in their beliefs and empower one another.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-audio\"><audio controls
