Jayden Seales was pivotal in dismantling England’s top order, claiming two wickets for 19 runs.
Fellow fast bowler Alzarri Joseph also contributed with one wicket for 10 runs.
The Windies, having won the toss, chose to bat and managed to post 282 runs in 75.1 overs despite a shaky start.
Captain Kraigg Brathwaite led the way with a solid 61, supported by Jason Holder with 59 and Joshua Da Silva with 49.
Lower-order contributions from Shamar Joseph (16) and Alzarri Joseph (15) were also crucial.
England’s Gus Atkinson continued his impressive form, taking four wickets, while Chris Woakes and Mark Wood supported with three and two wickets, respectively.
England have already clinched the series by winning the first two Tests, and the West Indies are striving to avoid a whitewash.
