Rafeek Khan, Owner of DuraVilla Homes Inc, shared with NCN News that the eco-lodge initiative is slated for finalization this week, with occupancy to commence shortly thereafter.
Originally earmarked to host guests for the recently concluded Cricket Carnival and Caribbean Premier League, the lodge encompasses a range of amenities, including a local eatery, fitness center, pool, and ample parking.
Strategically located in close proximity to the forthcoming Diamond hospital and the imminent east-west highway extension in Little Diamond, the eco-lodge stands as a testament to sustainable forest product utilization, offering a niche area for upscale tourism.
This addition of 30 homes aligns with the country’s efforts to augment visitor accommodation options, catering to a burgeoning tourism sector.
