In a heartwarming gesture, President Dr. Irfaan Ali, alongside his Men on Mission (MOM) team, delivered three homes to residents of Karrau, Region Seven, just in time for the holiday season.

The homes are expected to significantly improve the lives of the recipients.

The handover ceremony took place on Sunday, with President Ali expressing his commitment to enhancing the lives of those in need.

The three recipients, who had previously faced challenges such as house fires and homelessness, expressed their immense gratitude for the new homes.

One of the recipients, James Cornelius, shared that his house was destroyed in a fire earlier this year, but after reaching out to the President, he was able to receive assistance.

Evette Thompson, a single mother, also shared her thanks, having lived with family members for over a decade without a place of her own.

Lieutenant Colonel Bhageshwar Murli, Coordinator of the Men on Mission Committee, praised the initiative, highlighting its impact on the community and the committee’s satisfaction in delivering homes to those in need.

The Men on Mission initiative, founded by President Ali, initially focused on supporting and uplifting men and boys.

It has since expanded to include projects like building homes and beautifying communities, further supporting the nation’s development.
