During the ceremony, Commander of Regional Division Six, Shivpersaud Bacchus, emphasized the core values that will guide their careers: discipline, respect, and commitment to service.

He urged the new officers to maintain high standards both on and off duty, stressing the importance of a positive reputation and continual professional growth.

“Commitment, dedication, and adaptability are key,” Bacchus stated. “Joining the force is just the beginning of your long career ahead of you.”

The event also underscored the ongoing recruitment efforts within the Guyana Police Force, with a recent initiative attracting substantial interest.
