The hampers, funded by donations through the Salvation Army’s kettle campaign, receive support from the government, private sector partners, and the public.
Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports, Charles Ramson Jr., conveys well-wishes to the recipients and encourages them to embrace the Christmas spirit of giving.

The hampers will not only be distributed in Georgetown but also in Bartica, New Amsterdam, Mahaicony, Linden, and Vergenoegen.
