Speaking to Hindu devotees at the Better Hope Mandir during Navratri celebrations, President Dr. Irfaan Ali reaffirmed his government’s commitment to fostering national development, with a vision that extends beyond 2030.
President Ali emphasized the government’s responsibility to ensure a high quality of life for all citizens, highlighting ongoing efforts to transform infrastructure, improve healthcare, and provide accessible education.
He assured attendees that the administration’s work will lead to even greater development in the years to come.
Acknowledging the importance of spirituality and positive energy, President Ali encouraged individuals to uplift one another and find connectivity within their communities.
He stressed the significance of places of worship as spaces for passing on lessons of spirituality to future generations.
Reflecting on the significance of Navratri, a period of fasting, cleansing, and reflection in the Hindu tradition, President Ali underscored the importance of celebrating life, reflecting on one’s journey, and making sacrifices in devotion to God.
