Police Investigate Death of 28-Year-Old Tyrone France in Berbice

The discovery of 28-year-old Tyrone France’s body on the Heatburn Public Road, East Bank of Berbice, has prompted a police investigation into what appears to be a violent death.

France, a resident of New Amsterdam, was found deceased under circumstances that have raised concerns in the community.

According to Regional Commander Shivpersaud Bacchus, who spoke to reporters at the scene, France’s body exhibited multiple signs of violence.

Upon discovery, his remains were promptly transported to the New Amsterdam hospital, where medical professionals pronounced him dead upon arrival.

Bacchus further disclosed that as part of their investigative efforts, the police have taken five individuals into custody.

Initially, three persons who were reportedly socializing with France prior to his demise were arrested.

Subsequently, based on additional intelligence gathered, two more individuals were apprehended this morning.

The investigation is currently focusing on determining the precise cause of death through a postmortem examination.

Bacchus indicated that investigators are exploring the possibility of multiple crime scenes being involved in this tragic incident.

The circumstances surrounding Tyrone France’s death remain under investigation, and the police are urging anyone with pertinent information to come forward and assist in the ongoing inquiries.
