Over 200 Students Begin Tertiary Journey at New Amsterdam Technical Institute

The New Amsterdam Technical Institute (NATI) has welcomed over 200 students as they embark on their tertiary academic journey. Royan Abrams brings us more.

On Monday, a simple yet effective orientation exercise took place at the NATI compound, providing an opportunity for parents and students to meet and interact with lecturers and other officials of the institution. They were also briefed on the institution’s expectations for the new intake of students.

Principal Fiona Rassoul highlighted that registration is still open, emphasizing the institution’s commitment to offering students diverse opportunities for learning, personal growth, and self-discovery.

The New Amsterdam Technical Institute, in collaboration with the Council for Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) and ExxonMobil, continues to lead two programs. Additionally, Eldorado Offshore recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the institution.

Sarona Samaroo, Vice President of Eldorado Offshore, explained that this partnership will open avenues for NATI students to access technical education and promising career opportunities upon graduation.
