Guyana’s construction sector continues to experience growth, with Morgan’s Investment Inc, a metal welding and fabrication company, inaugurating its headquarters in Georgetown.
The company, founded in January 2021, aims to become a leading provider of safe fabrication and gas welding services in Guyana.
The headquarters, located at 1804 Aubrey Barker Road, South Ruimveldt, represents a significant milestone for Morgan’s Investment Inc.
Alena Morgan, the Marketing Executive, expressed that the establishment symbolizes innovation, prosperity, and collaboration, acknowledging the collective efforts of individuals who believe in the power of enterprise.
Public Works Minister Juan Edghill welcomed this development, emphasizing the increasing demand for such services in Guyana.
Minister Edghill highlighted the need for over 1,000 high-class certified welders and fabricators in the next three years, particularly for the oil and gas industry.
To address this demand, the PPP/C government plans to open a skills training center in Port Mourant.
Morgan’s Investment Inc has already provided its specialized metal welding and fabrication services to notable entities such as the Demerara Harbour Bridge Corporation, Guyana Energy Agency, and the Ministry of Finance.
The establishment of Morgan’s Investment Inc’s headquarters reflects the company’s commitment to contributing to Guyana’s growing construction sector and meeting the evolving needs of the industry.
