On Emancipation Day, Minister of Foreign Affairs Hugh Todd celebrated with the senior citizens of Victory Valley, Linden, treating them to a special lunch and entertainment event.
Held on the Victory Valley Hard Court, the event featured a meal of African cuisine accompanied by cultural performances including African drumming and folksongs.
