Minister of Finance Dr. Ashni Singh is appealing for more children to take advantage of the Guyana Digital School, emphasising its role in developing students’ learning abilities.

Obviously the children are going to regular school which is good but let them also sign up for the digital school where they can access free online education in the home under your supervision. While their having their dinner or after they’re having their dinner, during the weekends when they finish playing and they come inside the house, access the Guyana Digital School,” he said.

Minister Singh also rallied community leaders to spread awareness, ensuring that every child becomes actively engaged on the platform.

Every day we should be reminding people; Did you sign up for the Guyana Digital School, how many of you sign up for the digital school, did you know that you can access 1,2,3,4,5 things through the Guyana Digital School, do you know how to sign up for the digital school,”

The Guyana Digital School is a fully online learning platform designed to expand access to quality education for students across the country.

Aligned with CXC standards, it offers a comprehensive, flexible, and engaging learning experience through modern technology and support from expert educators.

An initiative launched by President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali, the platform connects classrooms nationwide, ensuring every student can access world-class educational resources, AI-powered tutoring, and a more integrated learning community.
