Lindeners Express Views on Budget 2024 Measures

Following the announcement of Budget 2024 by Minister of Finance Dr. Ashni Singh, Lindeners shared their assessments and opinions on the various measures outlined in the budget.

The budget, totaling 1.146 trillion dollars, is 46 percent larger than the 2023 budget.

Some of the measures introduced in Budget 2024 include increases in Old Aged pension, National Insurance Scheme (NIS) benefits, and the “Because We Care” school cash grant, among others.

As citizens analyze the allocations and anticipate the impact of the measures on their lives, Lindeners shared their perspectives with NCN on the streets.
