The Linden Fire Station, in collaboration with the Mayor and Town Council, will conduct the town’s first-ever fire prevention training for children next week.

The event is scheduled to take place on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at the LINMINE Constabulary Hall.

The training is designed for children aged 6 to 14 and aims to provide essential fire safety knowledge to help prevent accidents and save lives.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to register their children by contacting the numbers provided: 680-4713, 660-1067, or 621-4569.

This initiative marks a significant step towards ensuring that children in the Linden community are equipped with the necessary skills to handle fire emergencies safely.
