In a heartwarming gesture of support, the non-profit organization ‘Caring for Others’ (CFO) has once again shown its commitment to youth development by donating footwear to participants of the KIDROCK Summer Basketball Camp.

Jermaine Figueira, the local representative for CFO, presented the shoes and socks on the final day of the camp, adding an extra layer of excitement to the event.

This act underscores CFO’s dedication to improving lives through sports and youth development initiatives.

Jermaine Figueira expressed his belief in the power of investing in young people, stating, “If more people see the benefit of investing in young people…playing their role in a more impactful way, then I believe the talent that young people have can be nurtured and matured by providing them with the necessary resources.”

The KIDROCK Summer Basketball Camp is known for its focus on not just basketball skills but also instilling important values such as teamwork, discipline, and respect.

The camp culminated in a friendly competition where participants showcased their newly developed skills.

Dennis Niles Jr., Founder of the KIDROCK Foundation, expressed gratitude for the donation.

CFO, through its ‘No Bare Soles’ initiative, has donated thousands of shoes to vulnerable individuals in the town, reinforcing its commitment to community support.
