Darius Ramsammy, who emerged as the champion at the ‘Stage of Champions’ bodybuilding championship along with Emmerson Campbell, who secured his sixth Mr. Physique crown and a CAC silver medal, are now preparing to compete at the upcoming IFBB Central American and Caribbean championship.

The event is scheduled to take place in Aruba from September 21 to 25.
In previous years, Guyana has consistently participated, and this year, Ramsammy, Ashanti Conway, and Emmerson Campbell will be representing the country at the championship.
