In the spirit of the season, Humanitarian Mission Guyana Inc. brought joy and festive cheer to over 100 children from Port Mourant and nearby communities.
The annual Christmas activity organized by the Humanitarian Mission Guyana Inc. was a delightful occasion for the children who received gifts and other goodies during the festive gathering.
Rajshree Singh, the Administrator at the Humanitarian Mission, shared that the primary goal was to spread love and joy to children during the holiday season.
Supported by contributions from both local and foreign donors, the event aimed to bring smiles to the faces of children who may be facing challenges such as the loss of parents or difficult circumstances.
In addition to receiving gifts, the children actively participated in games, including the classic musical chairs, where they had the chance to win additional toys.
The event also took the opportunity to educate the children about the significance of Christmas, fostering a sense of understanding and joy.
