In the RBL Caribbean Premier League on Friday evening, Akeal Hosein played a crucial role with both bat and ball as the Trinbago Knight Riders clinched a 2-wicket victory over the Barbados Royals in Bridgetown.
The Barbados Royals batted first, setting a target of 157 with a score of 156 for 7 in their 20 overs.
Quinton De Kock scored 39, but struggled to find stable partners. However, Rovman Powell contributed a solid 59, helping them post a competitive total.
