The Guyana Fitness Games and Expo returns this weekend, promising an action-packed day of competitive fitness at the National Gymnasium.
Scheduled for Sunday, November 3rd, at noon, the event will feature some of the country’s fittest athletes competing in various strength and endurance challenges.
Organizer Noshavyah King has revealed that this year’s event will introduce a new addition – a School’s Fitness Challenge – designed to engage the younger generation in physical fitness.
The games are expected to draw a crowd eager to witness high-energy battles and celebrate the strength and determination of Guyana’s top athletes.
Supporting the event are key sponsors, including Sol Guyana, represented by Ayanna Watson.
Watson emphasized the company’s commitment to promoting a healthy lifestyle and wellness through their involvement.
Fit Fusion, another sponsor, is represented by Faris Mohammed, who expressed excitement about being part of the annual fitness showcase.
The fitness expo is set to offer an exciting lineup, with local fitness enthusiasts and athletes coming together for a day of competition, networking, and fitness-focused activities.
