The Guyana Boxing Association is gearing up for the Winfield Brathwaite School Boys and Juniors Tournament, which begins on August 16 at the National Gymnasium.
The tournament will feature teams from six Caribbean nations alongside local competitors, running over three nights of competition.
The event, established in 2016, will include over 40 boxers from countries including Suriname, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago, St. Lucia, Grenada, and Antigua.
The tournament aims to provide young boxers with valuable competitive experience.
It is scheduled to conclude on August 18.
