GPSCCU Launches Digital Platform for Members’ Convenience

Today, the Guyana Public Service Cooperative Credit Union (GPSCCU) unveiled its new digital platform, marking a significant step towards enhanced accessibility and convenience for its members.

Nerissa Sam, Credit Manager at GPSCCU, highlighted the transformative impact of the digital interface, emphasizing that members can now access a wide range of services seamlessly.

With this platform, members can monitor their accounts in real-time, check balances, submit membership and application forms online, and access electronic statements, among other features.

Sam emphasized the importance of meeting members’ expectations for efficient and convenient service delivery.

Chairman of GPSCCU, Karen Vanslytmun, expressed enthusiasm for the potential of the online platform to revolutionize member interactions.

She also announced plans to address concerns regarding the number of guarantors required for loans, hinting at upcoming solutions to streamline this process.

Vanslytmun highlighted the evolution of GPSCCU over the years, mentioning various loan options and payment solutions introduced to cater to members’ diverse needs.

Celebrating its sixtieth anniversary this month under the motto “people helping people,” GPSCCU continues to evolve and innovate to better serve its members.
