Government Invests in Road Infrastructure for Coomacka and Nottinghamshire Communities

The government’s commitment to enhancing infrastructure development in Region 10 is evident through the construction and rehabilitation of roads in communities like Coomacka and Nottinghamshire.

For the first time, residents of Coomacka and Nottinghamshire are experiencing the benefits of paved roads in their communities.

This significant infrastructure upgrade is expected to catalyze development and economic growth in the region.

During a visit to these communities, NCN spoke to several residents who expressed their satisfaction and gratitude for the new road infrastructure.

Robert Jones, a resident of Coomacka, highlighted his contentment with the asphalt being laid down, expressing his full satisfaction with the completed road.

Vitus St Juste echoed Jones’ sentiments, expressing happiness and gratitude for the improvement, attributing praise to a higher power.

Sumir Singh shared his joy, stating that he feels good about the road and is looking forward to returning to church.

Similarly, residents of Nottinghamshire expressed their delight and appreciation for the new roads.

Sunil Persaud expressed feeling “real good” about the completed project, emphasizing the positive impact it will have on the community.

Cleofa Narine, Chairman of the Nottinghamshire CDC, expressed happiness and gratitude towards the government for the road development.

Shanta Persaud highlighted the significance of having a well-constructed road after years of absence, emphasizing the improvement it brings to their daily lives.

These newly constructed roads not only provide residents with a smoother and safer commute but also signify the government’s commitment to improving infrastructure and fostering development in these communities.
