The Government of Guyana has formalized a two-year agreement with the Guyana Public Service Union (GPSU), introducing substantial salary and allowance increases for public servants.
The announcement, made by President Dr. Mohamed Irfaan Ali, includes measures to incentivize academic achievements and enhance professional development in the public sector.
Residents in Region Ten, including public servants in Linden, have responded positively to the announced measures.
