ExxonMobil Guyana brought its vibrant “Big Red Bus Tour” to Linden on Wednesday, drawing a crowd of eager Lindeners to the Wisroc/Amelia’s Ward car park.
Nicholas Yearwood, ExxonMobil’s communication advisor, highlighted the enthusiasm of Lindeners for the event.
Attendees at the event had the chance to participate in various games, including spin the wheel and plinko, with opportunities to win branded items such as bottles, bags, umbrellas, and headphones from ExxonMobil.
Moreover, the tour serves as a platform for ExxonMobil Guyana staff to engage with local communities, aiming to learn more about their culture and heritage.
Yearwood further explained the tour’s objectives and noted that in addition to fostering community engagement, the initiative includes an announcement of a $10 million giveaway competition, with an MG car as the grand prize.
The tour, which commenced on Saturday, January 27 in Georgetown, will traverse multiple destinations across the country before concluding with the grand prize draw scheduled for March 16 back in the city.
Open to all Guyanese residents aged 18 and above across the country, the competition can be entered by scanning a QR code available on the Big Red Bus and ExxonMobil Guyana’s social media platforms and website.
As the “Big Red Bus Tour” continues its journey across Guyana, it promises to provide a blend of entertainment, engagement, and exciting opportunities for participants.
