Ladies on a Mission (LOAM) continues its dedication to advocating for women’s development through its recent women empowerment conference held over the weekend.

The conference, themed “We are powerful beyond measure,” was inspired by a quote from author Marianne Williamson about embracing one’s inner strength and potential.

Camille Cummings, the Founder of LOAM, expressed her vision for empowering women through conferences, bringing women from all walks of life together to empower each other and make a difference in their communities.

Facilitated by coach and consultant Michelle Moseley, the conference covered topics such as harnessing personal power, keeping promises, supporting one another, and embracing individual values.

Moseley encouraged women to confidently embrace their power and purpose, rejecting the notion of shrinking themselves to fit societal expectations.

In addition to empowering sessions, the conference provided a platform for women to showcase their small businesses through a mini expo.

Looking ahead, LOAM has planned various initiatives for the year, including activities for Mother’s and Father’s Day, teenage pregnancy counseling, and a retreat for its members.

Ladies on a Mission (LOAM), a non-profit organization, aims to empower females and support developmental initiatives, welcoming new members to join its cause.
