The Courts Optical Pee Wee U11 Football Tournament is set to reach its quarterfinal stage this Saturday, October 11th, at the Ministry of Education Ground on Carifesta Avenue.

The first match of the day will feature St. John the Baptist Primary taking on Belladrum Primary, as both teams aim to secure a place in the semifinal.

Next up, the surprising team Rosignol, known for their upset victories, will face off against the defending champions, St. Pius Primary, who have dominated with impressive double-digit wins throughout the competition.

Former champions Enterprise Primary, led by standout striker Dontay Kowlessar, will challenge the always-consistent Marian Academy.

The final quarterfinal match will see multiple-time winner West Ruimveldt Primary go head-to-head with a strong Santa Rosa Primary team.

Troy Mendonca, the tournament organizer for the past 11 years, expressed excitement for the upcoming matches, noting the high level of competition displayed so far.

He mentioned that several outstanding players have emerged, and teams have tailored strategies to counter these key players.
