He underscored the commitment to deepen cooperation through the China-CELAC Cooperation, highlighting the anticipation of more agreements and collaborations across various sectors.
In 2023, the bilateral trade volume between China and CELAC exceeded 489 billion US dollars, reflecting robust economic ties.
Ambassador Haiyan expressed optimism for continued growth in trade and collaboration between the two entities in the coming years.
Disaster management emerged as a focal point of cooperation during the last ministerial meeting of the China-CELAC forum.
Both parties adopted a joint action plan for cooperation, signaling a commitment to address shared challenges and enhance collaboration in critical areas.
