Colin Gomes, the Food and Beverage Manager at Atlantis Cuisine, emphasized that dining at Atlantis is a truly distinctive experience. From the intricately designed decor to the ambiance of the bar area, every detail has been carefully curated to transport guests to a different world.
Local residents shared their excitement and high expectations for this new culinary addition to the West Demerara landscape. Dio Persaud expressed enthusiasm, noting that the community had been eagerly awaiting the arrival of such a restaurant. Vanessa Chisholl praised the restaurant’s beautiful and unique atmosphere, while Leona Nicholson highlighted the convenience of having a high-quality dining option accessible in their own area.
Atlantis Cuisine will be open every day from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., offering a convenient dining option for both residents and visitors to West Demerara.
