Assuria and Arrowten Inc. have joined forces to set a new benchmark in automobile assistance services within the insurance sector with the introduction of their collaboration, “RESCUE.”
The initiative, aimed at revolutionizing roadside assistance, was officially launched, promising to provide a comprehensive range of services to eligible customers.
This collaboration is set to benefit 6000 eligible customers at no additional cost from this month until February 2025.
Patricia Persaud, Assistant General Manager of Assuria, emphasized the importance of ensuring customers’ safety and peace of mind while on the road.
She highlighted the significance of RESCUE in swiftly addressing both collision and non-collision emergencies, effectively eliminating the inconvenience of being stranded or enduring prolonged waits for assistance.
RESCUE offers a host of features including breakdown recovery, roadside assistance, crash recovery, vehicle support, and free towing, ensuring that customers receive prompt and efficient aid during any automotive emergency.
Mohamed Khan, Founder of Arrowten Inc., underscored the collaboration’s commitment to promoting road safety, particularly for vulnerable groups such as female drivers navigating the roads at night.
He emphasized how RESCUE instills confidence and assurance among drivers, knowing that they are not alone on the Guyana roadways.
The free RESCUE Service until February 2025 is accessible to Comprehensive Automobile Insurance policies covering both Private and Commercial Vehicles, including rental vehicles, for both new and existing policies.
Even customers who do not meet the eligibility criteria, such as third-party policyholders, can still avail of RESCUE at an exclusive reduced price, subject to vehicle class specifications.
The launch of RESCUE marks a significant stride towards enhancing automobile assistance services and promoting road safety for all motorists.
